How to manage (group) users’ access to courses?

I am launching a paid community with open access to some spaces and content / courses.

This means that I have at least 2 groups of users:
1 Those who are clients and should receive access to all new courses
2 Free users of the platform, with access to some content – who can convert to clients by seeing the platform’s content.

Additionally, it would be great if I could create further groups with access, for example, only to a few / one course and selected spaces.

How can I automatically grant paid community members access to newly published courses?

I’m using webhooks, but I don’t see an easy way to update access to new courses for current, paid members.

I don't see an option to tag/ segmet users to assign them to a group, so that it is easy to manage access.

In circle.so / hearbeat etc. you can add tags / group users.

How can I handle this in FluentCommunity?

J V

For that you use Fluent CRM. You can use tags for the course/space and add tag to users through an automation.

J V Thank you for your answer. 🫡 Do you know if there is a page where I can find more information about
FluentCRM 🤝 FluentCommunity
integration and settings?
I won't be using the email functions or automations, since I have Encharge for that purpose. Do I need the paid version for what I'm aiming to do, or will the free version of the FluentCRM be enough?

J V

Piotr Cieluchowski Free version will be enough. Create tags in Fcrm and add them to space/course through access management in Fcom. Use the automation to add tags to user.
