How to Integrate a Personality Quiz Into Fluent Community + Member Profiles?
Hey everyone,
I’m currently building out our community with the free Fluent Community plugin for WordPress, and I’d love some advice from those who’ve been down this path before.
We want to create a detailed, fun personality quiz as an opt-in — something that feels engaging and on-brand for our niche. The idea is:
- Someone takes the quiz on the site as part of the sign-up journey.
- Their results determine their “personality type” (specific to our community theme).
- That personality type is then displayed on their member profile inside Fluent Community.
- Other members can browse/connect with people of similar types — making it more interactive and meaningful.
I’d love to know:
- Has anyone here set up something similar within Fluent Community?
- Would you recommend any quiz plugins/tools (like Fluent Forms, Typeform, or others) that integrate smoothly with Fluent Community?
- Is there a way to map quiz results directly to user meta fields so they automatically show on member profiles?
- Any best practices or workflow suggestions for keeping the process seamless from quiz → sign-up → community join?
We really want to make this fun, frictionless, and useful for members right from day one.

If you use fluentforms and crm, most of your requirements can be matched, you can create custom fields in crm that get conditionally filled by forms. How you can add this on community I don't know
