How to change the browser tab string for the Feed page only?

Hi everyone, Things are going well, but I just realized that since I am using FComm as my WP homepage, the text that is going into the browser tab (and in my Google search result for my site) says "All Feeds - MySiteName". This is the normal functionality for all pages, like the Feed, Spaces, etc.

What I want to do is to be able to alter the "All Feeds - " just for that one page. For seo and marketing purposes.

There must be a seeing I don't see or some filter snippet code?

On this wpmanageninja.com site, I see that when we initially load the community https://community.wpmanageninja.com/portal/

the All Feeds does not appear in the browser tab. But when you click on the Feed button it takes you to the same URL and the "All Feeds - Manageninja Community" appears in the tab.

Note: I do see that when you open this community on incognito mode (not logged in) they have set a WP page (using the template thing) as their site home page. I am not doing this, as I want Google and any unloggedin visitors to see the feed and all the activity by default.

Any clues or help much appreciated :)
