How Many Licenses are Needed?

Are the licenses for the number of community Administrators or for the number of community members expected to join? I'm trying to figure out how many I'd need. Thank you.

Oh, I'm now thinking it's per web domain. Is that correct?

There has no limit on feature level. Let's say, you want to build few communities and you also have customers who may need community or courses. So based on that requirement, you can purchase the license.

So 1 WP Site = 1 License
