How do you use Events

I know that Fluent Community doesn’t currently have a built-in Events feature. I’m curious — how are you managing or organizing events in your community for now?
I use Events Calendar free. I embed the calendar on a regular WP page in the month view. I have a FC menu item called Events that links to it.
On the page with the Events calendar, I have a menu item called Community to bring them back to your community.
