How to hide spaces completely? (f.e. for course members)
Is it possible to hide all spaces if you are not a member of them?
Like on courses, there is such a feature already...
People should not even know that the spaces exist...
EDIT: it works with secret visibility now
Are you sure? I tried to create a secret space, and if I’m not logged in, I can’t view it
Linda Rando yes but if I am logged in because I am part of a course, I see all spaces that I am not part of too,also the secret ones
Elisa Spiegel Admin can see all Spaces.
Only wp-admin role: Subscriber (or a role without Edit field access) aka Regular fCommunity user will see the fCommunity restrictions like Secret Spaces etc
Mat Linda Rando, you are right it was because I was in admin mode 😅
Elisa Spiegel you can use the User Switching or any other such a plugin if you test your community with a different user/login.
