Hide Course Selection for Spaces

I disabled courses for my community but when you create a new space, users can still see "Courses" as a choice even though it's inactive.

Wouldn't it just be easier if when Courses is disabled, creating a New Space goes directly into creating a Discussion Space since that's the only other option available?

Just a thought...
