Question Shahjahan Jewel  ... when you are away on team events and conferences etc, do you manage to catch up and go through all the valuable feedback that has been posted to this community? just curious as so much contribution comes in to make FluentCommunity and other Fluent products better and we don't want to loose the momentum for such valuable feedback. As a suggestion have you thought of having a community manager monitoring this community for all the feedback, responses and acknowledging those who contribute?

The acknowledgement can be as simple as a reaction otherwise a response if required. This let's everyone know their feedback has been seen and logged by the Ninja's.

I am referring more to feedback and suggestions, support queries should be sent via a support ticket to WPNinja or someone can ask in the community for another community member to respond.
