Would it be possible to get an email or webhook when someone sends a message in fluentcommunity chat ?

I’m using the free BetterMessages integration which does this. It completely replaces the FluentChat and has plenty of customization options.

kel Deo yes. Google BetterMessages, the developer released an integration with FluentCommunity a few weeks ago

Thanks for pointing out better messages, I was unaware of it, and the messaging built into fluent community. Doesn’t seem very useful right now. Hopefully the team here will make their messages better. One of the strengths of fluent community is not needing to rely on other plug-ins for core features

On the other hand, it’s been almost a full month now without any updates on a relatively new product while some core features like access tags with their own CRM have been unknown bug and broken for weeks.

So with issues like that happening, I think it’ll be a long time before they actually catch up with the features that better match better message has, if ever.
