Hashtag for topics only

I would like to see the hashtag only in front on the topic. Having a hashtag in front of the space name also creates a confusion.

Or, way better and useful in my opinion, use hashtag in front of the space name only if there will be an option to search and add a space into a comment / post. Exactly like when you tag / mention a member in a comment using @name, but using #space-name in this case. I think it's very useful if you want to guide a member to other spaces.
