Guys, where do we control Recaptcha for Fluent Community?

I just got my community going. All is well. I love it. But, just recently I started getting an error on login: "ERROR: CAPTCHA verification failed. If you are human please try a different browser and without a VPN."

I am not using a VPN and others have experienced this.

Where is recaptcha controlled within Fluent Community?
I have fluent forms installed as well. I put my recaptch site id and secret key in there. What else can I do to trouble shoot this issue?
