Groups or course bundles
Hi, LearnDash has groups and tutorlms has bundle.
Is there any way to group fluent community courses to sell in bundle?
Currently, you can do that with FluentCRM automation. So the automation will look like this:
when someone make a payment in a FluentForms Form or purchases a product in woo add that user to these courses or spaces.
Shahjahan Jewel yes but so doing we have to create a single automation for every course.
Imagine this scenario.
Course bundle. When purchased wp fusion fires and tag is assigned.
With course bundle we can assign a group too.
Tindaro Battaglia couldn't you create a form with FluentForms outlining what is included in the bundle and use an automation to register in the bundled courses as well as the spaces? One automation could register in multiple courses and assign users to multiple spaces. Or am I missing what you are looking for?
Mike Cameron the problem is in migrating the actual structure that is learndash based, using wp fusion and woo commerce. For future orders the automation could be ok, but what about past orders and users that are actually enrolled in learndash courses?
To enrol users I don't use fluent pro module (I use it for lead generation), but I use cart flows + woocommerce
Tindaro Battaglia You can do this for previous order:
- Create a specific tag in FluentCRM
- Create an automation with the trigger "Tag assigned" and enroll users into Courses and/or Spaces.
- Go to FluentCRM, filter your existing LearnDash users and add the tag in bulk
- Automation will be triggered
I'm using this exact scenario for multiple businesses and it works perfectly.
Also, except if you have special needs, you should move from Woo to SureCart, it's 100% better and faster, in my opinion.
