Granular permissions and settings

I would like to see a more granular permissions settings within FluentCommunity. I now it's pretty ancient software, but all the old software allows for a lot of customisation in permissions: https://www.phpbb.com/support/docs/en/3.1/ug/quickstart/permissions_manual/

At the moment I noticed I cannot really customize a lot on the permissions for either a certain forum, role or globally. I notice for example a user can disable comments on it's own topic. I don't want that, only admins and moderators should be able to do this. But I also want for example moderators that can do moderation on each space (without admin acces) and moderators only for a specific space.

I do feel this should be something to make the product more mature. Especially for larger communities it should be possible to distinguish more between user roles/permissions and moderator permissions.
