Gamification with Gamipress or MyCred

I want to make some money from my Community.

So I thought of doing Gamification --- which GamiPress or MyCred provides.

This means that people will score points for every of their activities on my website.

By 12 noon on the last day of the month, the system will declare a winner through the person with the Highest points.

And if the person is a Subscribed member, I will pay them a percentage of my earnings as rewards for their active participation on the website.

The Profile Photo, Full name and Victory speech of the person will be on the left side, while the Leaderboard will be a widget on the right side, as you can see here --- https://prnt.sc/PoMvp7phmilg

These details of the winner will be there for a month, till the next new winner of the next month will be declared again by the system.

QUESTIONS
1.) Can I have this kind of Set up where the Profile Photo, Full name and Victory speech of the winner can be placed on the left side, and a LeaderBoard widget on the right side, just as this image --- https://prnt.sc/PoMvp7phmilg

2.) Does Fluent Community have GamiPress or MyCred integration?
