[freatureRequest] - Media Storage new options

Could you add support for Google Drive and One Drive in the media Storage option

Do you already have the fluent community roadmap published?

If so, share it with us, as we will be able to know what is on the roadmap, so as not to run the risk of suggesting something that is already on your roadmap.

It's the worst idea to store media for a community in Google Drive / One Drive. Please use Amazon S3 or CloudFlare R2 (Recommended and we are using it.)

Shahjahan JewelΒ wouldn't be a case when someone will add a Google shared file (add document icon - not a media like image) to a post/course (as attachment) where selected users have access to the file (managed separately on those external platforms) so users can click on that added file as attachment and they can immediately work toghether without externaly logging to Google.

I am guessing but if the community have "SSO" login with Google account so would it work that way?

Similar.case would be with M365 apps - when there would be a way to log in with m365 account to Wordpress/fComm probably users can immediately collaborate in shared files like Excel/Whiteboard etc.

We are not talking in this case about adding Media files like Videos, Music but documents that are well protected externally etc.

Mat ΒΒ that's too complicated. S3/R2 is super cheap.

Shahjahan JewelΒ  got it. It would be just easier for users to collaborate. S3/R2 doesn't offer protection and we store data in public containers where m365 or gsuitendocs are well protected - that was my point in this case.
