Force Profile Completion
Is there a way to force members to complete their profile's before they gain access to the community?
Right now, FluentCommunity doesn't have a built-in "force profile completion" gate out of the box, but here's how savvy community builders are handling it:
The FluentCRM + FluentCommunity combo is your best friend here. You can set up an automation in FluentCRM that triggers the moment someone joins your community. From there, you can send them a sequence that withholds access to key spaces, posts, or content until they complete their profile. Pair that with a smart tag system; once their profile fields are filled, they get tagged and unlocked automatically.
Another approach people use is restricting specific spaces within FluentCommunity to a member role that only gets assigned after profile completion. So new members land in a "welcome-only" space, see a prompt to complete their profile, and once done, boom, full access opens up.
