Fluent Messaging: Enter sends messages on iOS instead of adding a line break

Hi team,

One of our community members has reported a couple of usability issues specifically with Fluent Messaging on several iOS devices:

  1. Tapping Enter/Return immediately sends the message instead of adding a new line or paragraph.
  2. Holding the Shift/uppercase key while tapping Enter does create a line break, but this is not intuitive for mobile users.
  3. The message actions menu (such as delete, edit, and the other options) does not display correctly on iPhone.

Would it be possible for Enter/Return to add a line break by default on mobile, with messages being sent only through the Send button?

Could you also check the responsive display of the message actions menu in Fluent Messaging?

Also, it will be handy to be able to drag and drop images and docs into private chats, and have a directory of media on chats. Currenlty, you can only upload images, but with no drag and drop.

Thank you!

Thanks for the detailed post, we will review this matter.
