Fluent community has a big problem with memberships

I’m working extensively with FluentCommunity and membership areas, and I’m having major issues with courses.

Scenario: We have a membership area with 10.000 members, and I need to release a new course to them.

Currently, it’s not possible unless I create an automation in FluentCRM that removes their community tag, another automation that restores it, and a process that re-adds them to the community while granting them access to all courses, including the new one.

This approach, for large communities, is absolutely unfeasible.

Proposed solutions:

  1. Create course groups.

In this way, each group (or bundle) will contain access to multiple courses, and I would simply need to add the new course to the group for members to gain access.

  1. Add an option to link a course to a space.

This way, when I create a course, similar to what happens for sidebar menus, I can immediately link it to a space, and members will automatically have access to the course.

In my opinion, solution 1 is better because I might want a course to be available to the community but also sold individually. In that case, I would only need to define it within the community group for membership access and then sell it normally.

What do you think?

Are there any other existing solutions to the problem I described? Shahjahan Jewel
