Fluent Community discussion space
Hi,
I left a comment once to better understand how xCloud works, and now I receive notifications every time someone posts a comment.
Iโve tried to disable notifications related to that discussion, but there doesnโt seem to be any option to do so โ which appears to be an issue.
In my settings, I can choose to enable or disable notifications related to replies to my posts, but I'm receiving notifications for every comment posted on a thread I simply commented on.
Additionally, Iโd like to stop receiving promotional emails โ except those specifically related to Ninja products. How can I configure this?
Lastly, I must admit Iโm quite surprised by the amount of advertising appearing within the Fluent Community discussion space. If I werenโt closely monitoring topics related to F.C. โ hoping to eventually use it in production once itโs more complete โ I wouldโve already deleted my account. I already receive more than enough emails and notifications to manage.
Thank you for your understanding.
Thanks for the feedback D@vidย We really don't promote any 3rd party products. xCloud was a bit different as we wanted to bring this exclusive LTD for our community members, as many missed its launch. I think we will not have xCloud-related announcement post.

Thank you for your quick response.
I understand that you're free to promote various things โ after all, โit's your platformโ โ but I would really like to unsubscribe from promotional emails that are not related to Ninja products.
Additionally, as mentioned, it seems impossible to unsubscribe from a thread once youโve commented on it.
This is an issue that may quickly frustrate Fluent Community users and potentially reduce engagement on our installations.
Did I miss an option or a specific setting?
Shahjahan Jewelย Adding this here since we are talking notifications. What I am really missing is a notification email (digest would be fine) for the chat.
Ideally I would just get a daily digest option for the lot. Most people like to stay informed but they feel spammed getting an email for each comment.
