Fluent Chat - Email notifications
Hello fam,
could someone confirm to me if the user will receive a notificación by email once they have a chat pending of read?
I remember seeing that feature or checkbox on settings but I am not able to find it again.
Also, I am not receiving that notifications 😅
Jorge de los Reyes Chat features are really basic now (need enhancements for sure) and there is no email notifications for the Chat add on.

Jorge de los Reyes maybe we should start also adding feature requests for the Chat but I can see that there are a lot of other requests so the backlog is probably huge.
Mat I guess! I am curious, and that’s why I asked yesterday, if the topics are the best channel for request or it may be better to use just the roadmap
Jorge de los Reyes I think we should create ideas on the road map and share a post with link to the new idea so people can see all new suggestions.
It would be awesome to have an integration with fRoadmap where we would have a weekly summary lost of the latest ideas and latest votes so people would be more connected to Roadmap too otherwise it will be a dead village there.
