Fluent Cart for Memberships?
It's been about a year since I was testing out Fluent. The first time around I was using Fluent Forms Pro as a means of accepting membership fees using the form. I noticed that Fluent Cart now seems to be integrated into the fabric of the community, so is this the new way? To use Fluent cart to set up recurring membership fees? Thanks for the help!
Jason SoperΒ Yes, FluentCart can be used for this workflow now.
FluentCommunity has a built-in FluentCart integration that allows you to connect a FluentCart product to a private Space or Course as a Paywall. So, you can create a recurring/subscription product in FluentCart and then attach it to the relevant Space or Course.
After the payment is completed, FluentCart can automatically grant the customer access to that Space or Course. You can also configure the integration to remove access when an order is refunded or when subscription access expires.
Fluent Forms Pro can still be used if you prefer a custom form-based payment workflow. FluentCart is another available option, especially when you want to manage products, checkout, and subscriptions through the cart system.
Syed NumanΒ thanks for the response. I went ahead and set it up that way. Way better option to manage it all through the cart system!
