Fluent Auth Two-Factor Authentication code does not arrive
I enabled Two-Factor Authentication but the code does not reach the email.
Is there something I should know?
I have everything set up fine with Fluent SMPT , without using Fluent Auth I get all messages normally.
But the two-factor code does not reach the user who wants to log in.
Sombri Luna do you see in the FluentSMTP Logs (/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=fluent-mail#/logs) the item showing that the email with 2FA code was sent to your user (btw: are you as the Admin getting the 2FA code when logging in)?
I assume you have enabled 2FA in FluentAuth for all necessary User Roles ( /wp-admin/admin.php?page=fluent-auth#/settings) and only your user/s (Subscriber role) are not getting the 2FA token in the Inbox or a SPAM folder.
If the 2FA email was sent from your end (you see it in the log) then ask the user to Whitelist your email address on the user end and ask the user to try logging in again to trigger the 2FA code/email.
ps. Do you use a standard /wp-admin url for logging in or a fCommunity form (/portal/?fcom_action=auth) or a custom page with FluentAuth login/registration form?

Dany Tetreault If you use FluentAuth plugin and your new users are receieving 2FA code on their email but entering the code on the login form doesnt work try to disable other security plugins like: wordfence, antispam (if applicable) and then try again.
You could also check if temporary disabling 2FA feature with FluentAuth (latest plugin) would allow you to register and login a new user account via the form.
Did you made any updates related to plugins before this error occured?
Mat I did every thing wrong i guest, i do not know any thing about wordpress. The only think i want at first was to have a news site for hip-hop and than I saw their Community app (i found this cool) but I have no knowledge at all

Mat brother, what could be causing my issue where users are unable to complete signup? They get the 2FA, enter, but the site does not log them in and refresh. Clicking complete again says the username is taken.
It was a fail2ban issue!
