File Sharing
Hi, do you have plans to enhance your platform with file-sharing capabilities such as adding .doc or Excel files? This would be very helpful. For example, members of a gym membership site could send report and documentation to their coach. It's a must for my client and have the capability in one place (chat) would greatly benefit the UX. BuddyPress and PeepSo offer this feature.
We have a plan for the document upload feature as well.

Christian Anderl Most probably we will add document attachment on courses first and then spaces and normal posts.
I was referring to file sharing for the chat to include other file types besides images. To clarify, are you planning on adding this feature soon to the chat?
I'm confused. Are you going to be adding the ability to add other file types to chat soon? Both PeepSo and BuddyPress offer this feature. It's a must these days to support sending multiple file types. Here is a response I received via email:
