Feature Request - Show/Hide Lessons Based on Tag(s)

Hi Shahjahan Jewel,

Thank you for the great work done.

I believe it would be great if there was a possibility to show or hide lessons based on tags.

UseCase: Assuming you are offering lessons to teachers and learners. Maybe some questions can contain instructions which are only visible to teachers/instructors.

This would be great to have, as it prevents one from duplicating a similar course just because of that.
