Feature Request: Rearrange order of documents inside course lessons

Would be good to be able to rearrange the order of the documents (similar to how I can rearrange lessons and modules).

Right now I need to first delete the documents and upload it again in the desired order to achieve this...

(and there is a file deletion bug also since 3 months existent by the way that I reported back then already)
