Feature Request: One-to-One Messaging Permissions by User Role

I'd like to suggest an improvement regarding one-to-one messaging permissions inside the community.
Currently, we have the following options:
- Any Community Members
- Only Moderators and Admins
However, it would be extremely useful to also have:
👉 Only Selected User Roles
Similar to how Portal Access Settings already work, this option would allow admins to choose exactly which user roles can initiate private conversations.

As the admin, I wouldn't want to be contacted.
It would be great to be able to be contacted only by the people we have made a connection with. So as to avoid spamming, unsollicited flirting, etc.
