Feature Request: Add a Spoiler / Hidden Content Option

I’d like to suggest adding a Spoiler (hidden content) feature inside posts and comments in FluentCommunity. This is an essential tool for many communities where users may share information that not everyone wants to see immediately.

🔹 Proposed Feature

Add an option that allows users to hide specific parts of their text within a post or comment, which would only be revealed when clicked.

🔹 Why It’s Important

Gives users more control over how their content is displayed.

Prevents unwanted exposure to sensitive or advance information.

Makes discussions cleaner, more organized, and more flexible.

🔹 Technical Suggestion

Add a “Spoiler / Hide” button inside the post and comment editor.

Display the hidden part inside a concealed or blurred box that opens when clicked.

This feature is widely used across many community platforms and would be a strong enhancement to the user experience in FluentCommunity.
