Feature Request: Ability to show or hide Feed with CRM tags.

Only allow tagged users access to Feed.

Non-tagged users get a tool-tip popup 'You don't have access to this' or 'Member access only'. Maybe even allow Admin to write the tool-tip message. Thanks.
