π‘ Feature Idea: Deep Integration between Fluent Community (Bookmarked Posts) & FluentCRM Automations
Hi everyone!
Iβve been thinking about how we can make the ecosystem between Fluent Community and FluentCRM even more powerful, and I wanted to share a feature request/idea to see if anyone else would find this useful (and hopefully get the attention of the amazing WPManageNinja dev team!).
π The Idea: Sync "Saved Posts" to FluentCRM for Targeted Automations
Right now, Fluent Community is amazing for engagement, but we are missing a massive marketing hook: knowing what content our users are saving.
It would be a game-changer if FluentCRM could track when a member saves a post/bookmark inside a specific group or category in Fluent Community.
π οΈ How it could work:
- New FluentCRM Trigger: "When a user saves a post in Fluent Community" (with filters for specific Groups or Tags).
- Dynamic Segments: Add users to a specific list/tag when they bookmark a piece of content.
π― Use Cases:
- Lead Nurturing: If a member saves a post about a complex tutorial, FluentCRM could automatically send a follow-up email a few days later asking if they need help or offering a related resource/lead magnet.
- Content Curation: Send a monthly personalized digest based on the topics/groups where the user has saved the most posts.
- Upselling: If someone saves a high-value discussion about a premium service or product, it can trigger a targeted, automated sales pitch or a special discount coupon.
This deep integration would bridge the gap between community management and marketing automation perfectly, making our emails incredibly relevant to what users are actually interested in at that exact moment.
What do you guys think? Would this be useful for your community setups?
I like this idea, but for me, it would be more useful if the triggers available also included member comments and member reacts to a post. Iβm unsure how frequently my members save posts.
