FCom Plus Plugin Preview

Just a quick video preview on the status of this plugin. I'm not 100% set on the name and very open to suggestions.

Currently I have Block Self Reactions, Timestamp, and Topic Styling added to it. The topic styling is dynamically populated based on active topics in the same way the exclude unused topics works.
