FC simple Twitter type site?
Is it possible to configure FluentCommunity to be similar to a Twitter? Only an activity feed for posts? No community spaces. Just one general feed for all users to post directly without needing to select a space (because there would not be any spaces)..

Seems like that work. You can hide the Spaces top menu item since it wouldn't be needed. There may be a few other places where some custom CSS would be needed to hide references to Spaces.

Go to your settings, enable Global post, then go to menu settings, and deactivate all space menu.
And that's it, members would post without selecting any space
