Enhancement for Post creation: Bullets + Control K for inserting URLs

Currently, we are missing two features while creating posts:

• There's no option, from the hover menu to manually add bullets. Yes, you can, like in this post, use a "-" or alike to add it. But when you create long posts, and you want to make the full paragraph a bullet list, this is currently not possible. And you need to add them manually. When you publish a lot of posts with bullets it's quite annoying.
• The option "Cntrl+K" for inserting URLs is not working. It currently opens the Search Bar of the community when tipically, in many softwares (including Fluent CRM or Boards) it's for inserting URLs. Again, when you publish a lot of URLs, this is quite annoying too.
