Enable search on courses too
I would love that the search in courses was possible too , It will be amazing. With lots of content people forget where they see something and the search will be so helpful . Thanks !!
Another thing, if I search for something but I'm not in that space/course it appears on the search but I cant open it without enroll? 🤔 How exactly that works?

This would be a big change, as it leaves the courses a bit orphaned by not being able to search for anything in them.
AR Grupo exactly! It's annoying 😑 to search for a topic when it is only in the course. I hope they can manage that 🤞
Sofia Carvalho It really surprised me because just as I was setting up everything to complete a project with this system, I ran into the problem with course searches, and that stopped me in my tracks. Anyway, let's hope they can fix it.😅
Hi Shahjahan Jewel 🙂 Coming back to this one two years later — is searching inside lesson content still something you're considering, or has it been dropped?
I'm asking because I've just launched a course with 50 lessons and it has become a real problem. A student gets a dark liquid on top of her sourdough starter, searches for "hooch", finds nothing, and messages me instead. The answer is right there in the course, in a lesson written exactly for that — the search just can't reach it.
I know course titles and descriptions became searchable in 1.7.72 — but that surfaces the course, not the answer. My student is already inside it. What she needs is the lesson.
If it's on the roadmap, I'll happily wait. If it isn't, I'll build a workaround — posting lesson summaries in the space so they at least get indexed. I'd just rather know which one before I spend the time on it. 🧡 Thanks
