Email not sent to admin for FluentBooking

Hi I am referring to this in Fluentbooking

Calendar > Email Notification > Booking Confirmation Email to Organizer (You)

This one fail to send any notification once a booking is set up. The organizer did not receive any email, including the cc that we set up. 

Please guide
