Duplicate/Clone lesson

It would be great if we could duplicate/clone a lesson then move it into another course. And/or duplicate a course.

I've already started creating updated versions of my courses and I have to go in and redo each of the lessons one by one. I don't want to take down the current course so my only option is to recreate.

It's not awful but I've spent longer doing it that I wanted to and I'm on my laptop not my main computer so it's even slower!
