Does someone have any idea on how to download the tickets into csv from from fluent form
Currently there is no feature available for this, or is there any other way it can be achieved, as downloading the tickets in csv are useful for research and decision making purposes.
What do you mean by tickets? But you can export the submissions as CSV and use that anywhere you want.
Shahjahan Jewel Yeah, thats what i meant, while using fluent support, i want the tickets or the submission submitted but the user to be downloadable in CSV format, currently i cant see any option on how to do it or from where to do it, i have also shared the screenshot down below, cause currently am in urgent need of this feature, the website am building will be almost 25% dependent on downloading of tickets in CSV as it will be used for research and decision making purposes
