Not at the moment i think.
You can look for people asking for Google ads banners here. I think I remember seeing a couple of post of the workarounds.
That being said, you may also want to check for VAST.
Depending on your player (courses), you may want to enabled ads, and some players allow to do so establishing specific rules for advertisers.

And they do not have this kind of compatibility. So, I don’t think so.
It’s not intended for ads, but for enhancement of the player.
Going with something native or custom will allow you to try so. But adding style layers to the player will probably be a burden for native features (usually provided by the video hosting) like VAST, auto captions and so.
Can the community sidebar (the one displaying “Never miss a replay”) support images and clickable links, like a typical WordPress sidebar widget area?
