Documents tab β€” Confusing behavior when clicking non-posted document + default setting request

When Documents are enabled in a space, members can upload a file and choose whether to also publish it as a feed post or not.

The problem: If a member uploads a document without publishing it as a post, clicking on the document title in the Documents tab takes the user to a page with a message saying the post doesn't exist. This is confusing for members who simply want to access the file they see listed.

Suggested fix (either or both):

  1. If a document was not published as a post, disable the clickable link on its title in the Documents tab, or link it directly to the file download instead.
  2. Add a space-level setting (checkbox) that lets admins set the default behavior: documents are always published as posts, or never. This way we can control the experience and prevent confusion.
