Disabling Direct Messaging Between Students and Teachers

I would like to request a feature that would allow admin to disable the ability for teachers to send private messages to students, and vice versa.

From a safeguarding and administrative perspective, having an option to completely turn off the direct messaging functionality between these two user groups would be extremely beneficial for maintaining professional boundaries and adhering to specific communication policies.

My question is: Is this feature already available, and I am simply overlooking the option in the current settings, or is this something that needs to be developed?

If it's not currently possible, I strongly urge you to consider adding this as a priority feature.
