Direct URL Trigger for Modal Windows in Fluent-Community

I would like to open existing WordPress pages or posts as modals within our Fluent-Community – directly via a URL link that I insert into the community. Specifically, when clicking a link (e.g., "https://\[domain]/portal/post/#modal123"), the corresponding modal displaying the content of the linked page should appear without needing to create new content.

Has anyone already found a solution or workaround to implement this direct URL trigger in Fluent-Community? I look forward to your tips and experiences!
