Default Profile and Cover Image
Hi everyone, currently, users who refuse to upload profile and cover image have their profile blank, I'd love to set my default Cover and Profile Image for all user instead of having it blank. Having the ability to set this from Admin settings will be great.

Pretty sure for profile images it uses an image file in the plugin folders that you could replace.
