Custom Color CSV Upload

When configuring custom colors for FluentCommunity in both light and dark modes, it would be nice to have a CSV file we can upload to set all the colors at once.

Right now, it seems we have to update each element in the various sections manually, then do it again when we switch to the other mode (light or dark).

I'd much rather have an option to upload my hex codes for each mode and be done with it.

When I'm working on client sites, the manual method is tedious. It would be nice to get their color palette, feed it into some AI tool along with the color options for FluentCommunity, and then get the CSV for upload.
