Creating Space Automatically

Let's say I'm using FluentForms for user registration, and I have FluentCommunity installed. In FluentForms, I have a "Country" field which I want to use as a "Space." If that space doesn't already exist, I'd like FluentForms to automatically create it. Is that possible? Thank you!
