Create Post Widget

I would love to get a create post widget to place on pages of my site.

Having a shortcode to place this widget would be great, also have the option to pre-select the space into which the post will go, and a redirect to the space after the post is submitted.

My idea for this is to have a welcome page after registration and have a message encouraging the new user to just say hi and introduce themselves in my welcome space, and have a few examples of what they can say.
