Courses: Grant Multiple Levels of Access for lessons / sections

I sell 2 packages (Basic / Premium) and want that only the premium customers can access the premium lessons of the course (without creating a second course only for premium customers)..is that possible somehow?

And it would be great to duplicate a course.
