Course enrolment process problem

I have several courses. Everyone who joins my community gets enrolled in those course, via fluentCRM. When I create a new course, and make it private, and I have it set to be access managed by FluentCRM, those who have the correct tag are not enrolled. I have to either manually enroll them or do a two step process in fluentCRM by removing their tag that gives them access and then reapplying it. Am I missing something. Do I have to do this with each new course? I would love for them to simply be able to enroll or be atomically enrolled.
