I recently suggested that it would be valuable to allow video teasers to be placed not only above the course description, but also above or below the instructor sidebar.

In addition, I believe the Description Text Box itself could be enhanced to support richer elements (e.g., embedded videos), similar to what we can already achieve with the Lock Screens description field.

However, there’s one crucial distinction that makes “video teasers” on course pages particularly important: unlike pure promotional snippets, these videos would also serve enrolled users as a concise overview of what the course delivers—not just as an advertisement.

This way, course pages could function directly as high-converting landing pages—benefiting both prospective students and those already inside the program.

Maybe we can achieve this just by enhancing the course description field. But maybe, a specific function for this could be more useful.

For example: we can actually do something pretty similar with the <\<Welcome banner">> and choose between Image or Video :)
