Correct steps to follow
If I use all (FluentCommunity Pro, FluentCRM Pro and Fluent Forms Pro) and my main goal is to sell courses. What is the correct way to set it all up so it will work?
I need to know for sure that new customers can get in after buying the course. I tested a few things, but if I had a good checklist or a plan I could follow, that would be great.
I really want to set it all up with these 3 plugins only.
And one more question; can the Lock Screen (of the course) with the banner be linked to my Wordpress Website as a sneek preview?
This is the outline for a great how-to documentation video
Is your membership open (free) or are you having people pay to get inside? Can they get in some areas for free and pay for others? Let me know and I can tell you what I've done and what I may do differently after some experience.
William BeemΒ thank you for you respond. I want to set a free community where people can see the paid courses and a few free stuff. And I want to set up a paid community with more content. But it is still all open because I just starting to (re)build my courses. I am putting the courses I already have here and want to expand with new courses. The courses are not the problem. I love the simplicity of the building. But the integration with the other apps is also very important. Getting paid for all and giving people a smooth account setup. Maybe I am overthinking it all. So, any help is very welcome π
Wendy StienenΒ Having an open environment and monetizing spaces or courses simplifies a lot of things. Here's a link to a video from WP Manage Ninja about monetizing a course. They reference Paymattic, but Fluent Forms Pro will do the same thing:

If you wanted to monetize entry into the environment, you have a few more challenges. It's something that can work because that's what I built and am ready to launch.
What integrations concern you?
William BeemΒ thank you for the video. I am subscribed now. See a lot of videos that can be helpful. Will look at that later on.
But what is the best order to know for sure all works together? First setup CRM? Then create in the Community and make a connection in Forms for the payment? Or first set everything up in Forms? Or first setup everything in the Community and put the links later on in CRM and Forms? I am a bookkeeper (π), so I want to do all in the same order if I create something.
Wendy StienenΒ I load all my plugins before starting to configure FluentCRM. Integrations are important to me, so I want to know they're working before I dive deeper into the project.
Are you using FluentCRM for your email? If you use something else, fCRM is still useful as the automation machine. Fluent Forms Pro is what I use for payments, but Paymattic can handle that.
Iβm in the EXACT same boat and donβt yet have steps down either.
