Control access to The Feed

Feed Access is unrestricted. Any logged-in user or subscriber can post to The Feed.

By selecting "On my profile", anyone can post to The Feed - even if they aren't tagged members of any Spaces.

Allowing visitors to look around the community is fine. But we should be able to limit if they can post or not - even to The Feed.

Let's limit access to The Feed with tags, or some other setting.
