Confuse how to add new menu after 'get started' default menu

Hafidz Ramdhani if you want your user to create a course you need to upgrade the fCommunity User Role:

Once the user have elevated permission/role (Course Creator) then the user can create a course (user will be able to see the Settings area > Courses at the bottom of the left sidebar):
